There really is no typical client everyone's needs are different. Example of a request  My mother is 82 years old and I will be away for ten days. She needs very little assistance I just don't want her to be alone. She goes to dialysis three times a week and will be gone approximately four hours each time. Transportation is provided. She is independent in all Activities of Daily living skills. I'm not sure how to calculate the rate, I am hoping for between $75 and $100 per day.  +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ My Moms regular aide is going to be away for 2 months therefore I will need someone to watch over my mother. Mom lives at an assisted living facility but she has Dementia so she needs a private aide with her at all times. The pay will be $162 a day plus your meals will be provided for. There is a pull out bed for you to sleep on at night. She lives in a Assisted living facility in long Island. Mom is very easy going she uses a walker an uses a regular bathroom.
